To qualify for the Merit Refund, students must: (a) Complete all course modules within the allocated cohort duration; (b) Submit all assignments before the specified deadlines; (c) Achieve a cumulative average grade of at least 85% across all graded components.
Once a student is verified as a 'Merit Scholar', the refund process is triggered automatically. Funds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. No manual application is required.
Standard refunds (for reasons other than merit) are available within the first 48 hours of enrollment, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed. After this window, the fee is considered a 'Commitment Bond' to the merit challenge.
